How It Works

From Signup to Dream Job in 4 Simple Steps

Jeremy does the heavy lifting so you can focus on what matters: finding the right opportunity and making a great impression.

1

Create Your Profile

Sign up with your email or connect with Google. Tell us about your skills, experience level, and what kind of role you're looking for.

  • Add your technical skills (we auto-suggest based on your input)
  • Specify your experience level and years in the industry
  • Upload your resume for AI-powered semantic matching (optional but recommended)
  • Connect your LinkedIn for richer profile data (coming soon)

Pro tip: The more complete your profile, the better your matches. Resume upload enables our semantic similarity layer.

2

Set Your Preferences

Define exactly what you're looking for—and what you want to avoid. Our granular preference system lets you be as specific as you need.

  • Choose target roles and job titles (e.g., "Senior Frontend Engineer")
  • Set location preferences with remote/hybrid/onsite options
  • Define your salary expectations and minimum threshold
  • Add dealbreakers: keywords, locations, or tech you want to avoid

Pro tip: Use 'hard filters' for absolute requirements and 'soft filters' for preferences. Hard filters exclude jobs; soft filters affect ranking.

3

Get Your Personalized Feed

Our 3-layer AI system scores every job against your profile and delivers a ranked feed of the best matches.

  • Jobs scored 0-100 based on structured matching, semantic similarity, and LLM analysis
  • Color-coded scores: green (90+), blue (75+), amber (60+), gray (below 60)
  • Each job includes "Why This Matches" explanations
  • Real-time updates via WebSocket—new jobs appear instantly

Pro tip: Focus on jobs scoring 75+ for the best fit. Jobs below 60 are included for discovery but may not match well.

4

Apply with Confidence

When you find a job you love, you have everything you need to make a strong application.

  • Read the full match explanation to understand why this job fits
  • Use contact discovery to find the hiring manager or recruiter
  • Track your application status: Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer
  • Add notes to each job for your own reference

Pro tip: Reaching out directly to hiring managers can increase your response rate by 3-5x compared to the standard application.
